Our Shipping Policy

Right now, all order are hand packed with love, by Alex and will leave us to make their way to you within 1-5 working days. We are a small, family owned, sustainable business - so you know we're working our butts off around our young family to build this dream of ours and provide you with a conscious option for your self care rituals to your door as soon as possible, so we ALWAYS try to keep it close the the 1-2 day mark!

However if you are like us, and sometimes leave things until the last minute, you can select our 'expedited' shipping method for $22, which means one of us will race in the very next day and ship your order via express post to save your bad hair day!

Shipping is currently only available within Australia - hold tight if you're international, we're working on it!

How much is postage?

Regular postage is available at a flat rate of $9 to all Australian areas (we cover some so that everyone can get their products with reasonable postage)

 

How long will Australia Post take to get my parcel to me?

Please allow 2-7 days after your parcel is dispatched by us for metro areas, and 5-10 for regional areas.

Express postage is available at checkout. Please allow 1-3 business days after your parcel is dispatched by us for express postage.

 

Expedited postage is available at checkout for $22 and will see your parcel sent off the same or next business day, with express shipping!

You'll recieve an email from us when your item has been shipped.

 

All of our packaging (including our shipping parcels) have been consciously chosen with sustainability in mind. Even our labels are compostable and our inks are plant based!

Our Returns Policy

We're confident you'll love WASHED.

That's why we're offering a 30 day money back guarantee. If in the unlikely event you are dissatisfied, please email us at info@washedmovement.com to arrange a return.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend registering and insuring your return parcel to avoid any lost, damaged or stolen goods during transit.

WASHED. movement won't be responsible for any parcels lost, damaged or stolen during return transit, if you choose not to insure your parcel.

How to return your parcel:

 

  • Please carefully secure the lids of bottles shut, and wrap glass bottles generously. To be environmentally friendly, you can use generous amounts of newspaper for this, left over packaging from receiving your WASHED. if you have it, or any left over packaging you have in your home.
  • Please then pack tightly into an appropriate mailer so there is no room for movement inside.
  • Please include sender's details (so we know who it is from)

Once we receive your return, we'll happily refund the full amount that you paid for the WASHED. item you returned. Please allow up to 14 days after the item has been recieved by us, for us to unpack, inspect it and issue your refund.
