After filling your forever bottles - once you’ve finished soaking in the lemon myrtle essential oil and quietly drifting off to the Australian East Coast among the Myrtle trees, follow these steps: 

- Stash your refill pouches away in a drawer, making sure the caps are securely tightened.

- You’ll be best to save up around 4-8 pouches before sending back. This is because our return mailers (that can be found on our website during one of your future orders) can hold up to 8 refills, so you want to make good use of both the envelope itself, and the unavoidable emissions from postage.

- Then, once you’ve collected a few, hit add to cart on that envelope and pop them all in, dropping them in a post box! *make sure those lids are very secure as we don’t want to upset Aus Post and be given the flick!* 

When they arrive with us, they’ll be inspected to ensure they’re suitable for reuse, cleaned thoroughly and reused to create the most conscious and respectful way of consuming products, and doing business.

This does not just apply to our pouches. Within our business we reuse a lot of things, and completely pass on anything unnecessary – for example instead of whacking a chunky Australia Post EXPRESS sticker on, to mark parcels as express - we simply highlight our compostable labels with yellow marker so they are picked up by our local posties! We believe it's the all little things that count.
